Currently, we exclusively source products from Villa Market: Sukhumvit 11 and Sukhumvit 33 stores in Bangkok.

3. Are you affiliated with Villa Market?

No. Kareness is an independent personal shopping service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Villa Market.

4. How do I place an order?

Simply send us your shopping list. We will check product availability, prepare a quotation, and guide you through the ordering process.

5. How do you calculate the total cost?

Your quotation includes:

• Product Cost

• Service Fee

• Bangkok Local Delivery Fee

Cargo shipping fees are calculated separately by the cargo company after your package has been weighed.

6. When do I pay?

Payment is required after you approve the quotation and before we purchase your items.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we only accept payments through Myanmar payment methods. If you require assistance or would like more information about the payment process, please contact us. We're happy to assist you.

8. Do you provide purchase receipts?

Yes. We can provide the original purchase receipt or a copy upon request.

9. Can you check product availability before I pay?

Yes. We check product availability before sending your quotation whenever possible.

10. What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is unavailable, we will inform you before purchasing. You may choose to remove the item, replace it with an alternative.

11. How is the cargo shipping fee calculated?

Cargo shipping fees are determined by the cargo service provider based on the actual weight or volumetric weight of your shipment.

13. Do you offer Yangon local delivery?

Yangon local delivery depends on the cargo service provider. Customers may also choose to pick up their orders from the cargo office.

14. Can I order frozen or refrigerated products?

Some chilled or frozen products may require special handling and may not be suitable for every cargo service. Please contact us before placing your order.

15. Can I order alcohol?

Alcohol availability depends on the cargo company's shipping policy and the import regulations of the destination country.
