1. About Our Service

Kareness is an independent personal shopping service based in Bangkok, Thailand.

We currently purchase products exclusively from Villa Market: Sukhumvit 11 & Sukhumvit 33 stores in Bangkok and coordinate cargo shipping to Myanmar through independent cargo service provider.

Kareness is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Villa Market or any other supermarket or brand.

2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability at the time of purchase.

Although we check availability before sending a quotation whenever possible, stock levels may change without notice.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss available options before completing your order.

3. Quotations

Our quotation may include:

• Product Cost

• Service Fee

• Bangkok Local Delivery Fee

Cargo shipping fees are not included in the initial quotation and are charged separately by the cargo service provider after the shipment has been weighed.

Prices may change if the supermarket adjusts its retail prices before the purchase is completed.

4. Payment

Payment must be completed before we purchase your requested products.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before products have been purchased.

Once products have been purchased, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and refunds may not be available except where required by applicable law or agreed by Kareness.

6. Cargo Shipping

Cargo transportation is provided by independent cargo service providers.

Shipping fees, delivery schedules, customs procedures, and transportation conditions are determined by the cargo company.

While we coordinate the shipment, Kareness is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or additional charges caused by the cargo provider, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation schedules, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Product Inspection

We carefully inspect products before purchase whenever reasonably possible.

However, manufacturers may change product packaging, ingredients, labels, or specifications without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information to ensure it meets their individual needs.

9. Restricted Products

Certain products may not be accepted by cargo providers or may be restricted under the import laws of the destination country.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with all applicable import regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kareness is responsible for providing personal shopping services with reasonable care and professionalism.

Our liability is limited to the value of the personal shopping service we provide, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, customs actions, product availability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We collect only the information necessary to process your orders and communicate with you.

Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where necessary to complete your order or where required by law.
